Privacy Policy
This page describes how ONEWIN handles personal data. It covers what is collected, why, how it is stored and who can access it. The policy applies to the ONEWIN website, the app and all customer support interactions. ONEWIN operates in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Registering an account or continuing to use the platform after any update to this policy means the current terms apply.
Information Collected at Sign-Up
Opening an account requires a full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and a government-issued identity document. This information is used to verify identity and confirm the player is aged 18 or over. Payment details are collected when the first transaction is made.
Every withdrawal is checked against the name on the bank account. The name on the ONEWIN account must be identical; mismatches hold the payment until the discrepancy is resolved.
Data Generated Through Use
Each session produces a record automatically: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and timestamps. The account file accumulates game history, deposit and withdrawal records, bonus claims, Share Bonus referral credits, member tier standing, VIP tier progress and live chat support exchanges.
ONEWIN draws on this data to process transactions, apply daily credits, calculate referral earnings under Upline Income, manage member and VIP tier benefits and run the customer support team. Technical data supports fraud detection and keeps the platform stable across mobile and desktop. Promotional messages are sent only with a player's consent and can be turned off through account settings.
Cookies
ONEWIN uses session cookies to keep players logged in and support the cashier, preference cookies to store language and display settings, and analytics cookies to count traffic and identify performance issues. All three are managed through browser settings. The session cookie is the one whose removal disrupts login and payments.
External Partners
Personal data goes to payment processors, identity verification providers, game content studios and the hosting and security team. Every partner receives only the data their role requires and is bound by a confidentiality agreement. ONEWIN does not supply personal information to advertising networks. Government or law enforcement disclosure happens only where Australian law requires it.
Security
SSL encryption covers all connections between a player's device and ONEWIN servers. Access to account records inside the platform is restricted to staff with a relevant role. Security practices are reviewed regularly. Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
How Long Records Are Kept
Account data is held for the life of the account. After closure, ONEWIN retains records for the period required by anti-money laundering legislation, tax law and other applicable Australian regulations. Once those periods are met, records are deleted or anonymised.
Player Rights
Players may ask ONEWIN for a copy of the personal data held on their account, request corrections to inaccurate information, or ask for deletion of records not covered by a legal retention requirement. All requests go to the live chat support team, available 24 hours a day. Identity is verified before any action is taken. Consent to marketing messages is managed through account settings.
Age
ONEWIN accepts players aged 18 and over. Age is confirmed during account verification. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed and associated data is removed.
Updates
This policy is revised when law, technology or ONEWIN's services change. The current version is always on this page.
Contact
Privacy questions are handled by the ONEWIN support team through live chat, available around the clock.
